Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Email hello@infinityjuniors.com or call +91 00000 00000 with your order number. If you paid online, we refund the full amount.

Damaged or wrong items

If your workbook arrives damaged, has missing pages or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a refund.

Returns

As these are printed learning books, we cannot accept returns of books that have been written in or used.

How refunds are paid

Refunds for online payments go back to the same payment method (UPI, card or bank) within 5–7 working days after we approve them. For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund to your bank account or UPI ID.
